1. Payout Verification

All redemption requests are manually or automatically reviewed for fraud prevention before approval. Please allow 24-48 hours for payouts to process.

2. No Refunds on Virtual Currency

Coins, Diamonds, or Subscriptions purchased or earned within IEG APP are non-refundable once redeemed or used.

3. Incorrect Details

Please double-check your UPI ID or USDT wallet address before submitting a request. IEG APP is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect user-provided addresses.
